OCD eStore Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my order? 

Since all orders are processed and inspected for quality one last time prior to shipping, we ship within 2 business days of ordering. It typically takes 3-5 days when the order is shipped from our facility to make it to your home. You will receive a tracking number to be able to see when you should expect your package to be delivered to your home.  

Please Note: If USPS, UPS, FedEx or any other shipping method used is experiencing delays in shipping due to storms, natural disasters or for any other reasons, we will do our best to inform each customer of this change in delivery date.  

 

How much does the delivery cost?  

The OCD eStore by The OCD Foundation will only charge the cost of what it takes to ship each item. If you need your item rush-delivered to you, please be sure to include that in the shipping comments section provided to you. If you would like to know the exact amount of shipping prior to a purchase, you may email eStore@MyOCD.org and just include your item and delivery city and zip code. We will respond as quickly as possible.  

Do you offer any shipping promotions?  

Yes! On your second order with The OCD eStore by The OCD Foundation, we offer free shipping by entering the promo code, "SHIP2FREE”. 

 

Do you offer international shipping? 

We are going to offer International shipping, however, we currently will only ship to the US, Canada and Mexico. 

 

What if I do not receive my package? 

If a package is not received and has been shipped, please let us know immediately so we may process a claim with the postal carrier. We will ask you to verify the information you provided is correct and track the package for you. If it is still in transit or was never sent for any reason, we will inform you of the status. If it is truly deemed as lost, we will offer a full refund of your product, minus the shipping. 

 

Do I need to be home when the package arrives? 

Sometimes. Depending on who the carrier is, they may require a signature upon delivery. If you would like to waive the signature requirement, please be sure to include that in the shipping notes upon purchase. If you choose to waive this option, The OCD Foundation is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

 

How do I inform the courier of a delivery area or special instructions for delivery? 

Simple. Just include any special instructions in your shipping notes.
